Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Triple S AI ("we", "us") for using the website at triple-s-ai.com and anything it offers. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The short version
- Upload only images you have the right to use. What you upload and what we make from it stay yours.
- Your images are processed by our image engine provider, Black Forest Labs, and their terms let them use those images to run and improve their service. Do not upload anything you are not allowed to share with a third party.
- Renders are made by AI. They can change parts of your design, so check every one before you show it to a client.
- We keep your files for 30 days, then delete them. Download what you want to keep.
- We may use your images, privately, to improve Triple S AI. We never publish or sell them. You can opt out at any time.
- Plans renew every month until you cancel.
- A render that fails gives its credits back automatically. A credit pack you have not used can be refunded within 14 days.
1The service
Triple S AI turns images you upload, such as SketchUp views, into photographic renders, and offers related tools (adding people to a render, short video clips). Which tools are available can change at any time. We may add, change, pause or remove any part of the service.
2Your account
- You need an account to render. You can sign up with an email address or with Google.
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you use the service for a company or studio, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one free account. Creating extra accounts to collect free credits is not allowed.
3Credits and payment
- Rendering uses credits. The number each tool uses is shown in the app before you run it.
- A new account gets 15 free credits, once.
- If a render fails on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not refunded when an account is closed, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Credits you pay for, whether they come with a plan or in a credit pack, last 45 days from the day they are added to your balance. The oldest credits are used first. Credits still unused after 45 days expire, and what is left in your balance is the newer credits. The 15 free credits do not expire.
- Credit packs are for accounts on a plan, to top up when the month's credits run out. Each plan has its own pack prices, shown on the pricing page.
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown, with any tax, before you pay.
Plans renew automatically
- A plan is a subscription. It renews and charges your card at the start of every billing period until you cancel. Each renewal adds that period's credits.
- You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in your account. The plan then stays until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
- If we change the price of a plan, we will email you before your next renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first if you want to.
- If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may try the card again over the following days. If it still fails, the plan ends.
Changing plan
- Moving up takes effect straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period, worked out by the payment provider.
- Moving down takes effect at the end of the current period.
Who sells to you
The checkout page names the company that takes your payment.
- Lemon Squeezy: Lemon Squeezy is the seller (merchant of record). It charges you, issues the receipt and handles sales tax or VAT, and its own terms of sale apply to the payment. We provide the service you buy.
- Stripe: we are the seller, and Stripe only processes the card payment. Any sales tax or VAT due in your country is added at checkout.
Refunds
- Credit packs: if you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Once you have used credits from it, the pack cannot be refunded.
- Plans: you can cancel at any time. Your plan and its credits stay until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew. If you have not used any credits from your first payment, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of it. We do not refund part of a period.
- A refund takes back the unused credits from that payment.
- To ask for a refund, email us at the address below with the email of your account. We reply within 5 working days, and the money goes back to the card you paid with.
- If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Credits are digital content that is supplied as soon as you pay. When you start using them within those 14 days, you ask us to supply them straight away, and you accept that you lose the right to withdraw for the credits you have used.
- Nothing in this section takes away rights that the law where you live gives you.
4What you upload
You keep all rights to the images you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them this way, and that they do not break any law or anyone else's rights (copyright, confidentiality, privacy, or a client agreement).
You give us permission to store, copy, resize and send your uploads to our providers as needed to run the service for you.
Using your images to improve Triple S AI
You also give us permission to use your uploads, and the renders and enlargements made from them, to test, tune and train the models and settings that run Triple S AI. This permission is worldwide, free of charge and non-exclusive, and it lasts until you opt out. When we use your images this way:
- they stay private. We do not publish them, show them to other customers, sell them, or give them to anyone else to use for their own purposes;
- only we, and providers working for us under contract, handle them;
- you still own them, and the renders are still yours to use.
You can opt out at any time by emailing us at the address below from your account's email. From then on we stop using your images this way and delete the copies we kept for it. A model already trained cannot be "untrained", but your images are not used again.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or comments about the service, we may use them to improve it, without paying you or owing you anything for them.
Do not upload, or try to make:
- anything illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing;
- images of real people used to mislead, or without the consent the law requires;
- anything meant to deceive, such as a fake photograph presented as a real, existing building or site condition.
Our image engine provider screens requests automatically and can refuse one. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5Our image engine provider
Renders are made by FLUX models run by Black Forest Labs, a company based in Germany. To make a render, your uploaded image and the instructions for it are sent to them, and the result comes back from them.
Under Black Forest Labs' own terms, they receive a broad licence to the images sent to them and the results, which lets them use those images to operate and improve their products, including training their models. We cannot switch this off for you. If an image is confidential, or you are not allowed to share it with a third party, do not upload it.
6What we make for you
- As between you and us, the renders made from your uploads belong to you, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial work. We do not claim them.
- Whether an AI-made image can be protected by copyright depends on the law where you are. We cannot promise that it can.
- You may not use renders to train or build another AI image model, because our provider's terms forbid it.
- Renders are an interpretation, not a record. The AI can change materials, planting, paving, lighting, openings and small details, and results vary from run to run. They are for visualisation only. Do not use them as construction documents or as evidence of how something looks, and check each one before you send it to anyone.
- The result depends on what you upload. The render keeps the light, materials and shapes of your image. Missing shadows, untextured surfaces, low-poly trees or a low-resolution export will show in the result; the preparation guide lists what to check. A render that reflects the limits of its source is not a fault in the service.
7How long we keep your files
- Uploads and renders are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created. You can delete any render sooner from your Views page.
- Copies we keep to improve the service (see section 4) are stored privately and kept until you opt out or we no longer need them. They are not shown in your account.
- A record of each render (when, which tool, credits used) is kept after the file is gone, for accounting.
- Links to your renders are private and expire after 24 hours. The site makes a new one whenever you open your work.
- We are not a storage or backup service. Keep your own copies.
8Fair use
Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service, reach other people's files, or resell access to the service or to our providers' models. Accounts have daily and storage limits so that the service stays available for everyone.
9Availability and changes
The service is new and is provided "as is" and "as available". It can be slow, pause for maintenance, or be unavailable when a provider is down. We do not promise any particular result, speed or uptime.
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will show it on the site or email you before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
10Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost work, or losses caused by a render being inaccurate. Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of US$10 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
If someone makes a claim against us because of what you uploaded, or because you used the service or a render in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs that this causes us. This does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by our own fault.
11Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email us at the address below. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
12Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
